Frank Schaefers

Frank Schaefers is an experienced professional in the chemical and refining industries, currently serving as Transformation Manager at LyondellBasell since April 2017, overseeing the implementation of the Value Enhancement Program at Dutch manufacturing sites. Schaefers has held various roles at LyondellBasell, including Transformation Manager Europe and Maintenance Manager. Prior to this, Frank worked at bp for nearly a decade in multiple managerial positions, including Operations Shift Manager and Manager Planning, Scheduling, and Services. Frank's career began at Eastman Chemical Company, where responsibilities included staff process engineer and development process engineer. Frank holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Delft University of Technology and has a foundational education from K.C.A. West.
