Henry Degroot

Henry DeGroot possesses extensive experience in project controls management, currently serving as the Project Controls Manager for the Global Projects Group at LyondellBasell since June 2014, overseeing a $400+ million capital construction project. Prior to this role, Henry worked as a Consultant Project Controls at EHD Consulting, collaborating with Boardwalk Louisiana Midstream on projects totaling $1.5 billion in expenditure. Henry's earlier experience includes various project controls and construction roles at Zachry Industrial, Inc. from 2001 to 2014. Henry began a career in education as a high school Physics and Chemistry teacher at Sharyland High School from 1996 to 2001. Educational qualifications include studies at The University of Texas-Pan American and the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
