Jessica Albert

Jessica Albert, PE, is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Director of Sustainability Integration at LyondellBasell since June 2018, following roles as Manager and Process Safety Manager. Previously, at The Lubrizol Corporation from July 2013 to June 2018, Jessica held positions as Process Safety Engineer and Process Improvement Engineer. Prior experience includes Improvement Engineer and Production Engineer roles at The Dow Chemical Company, focusing on safe plant operations and capital project support. Earlier positions include Process Engineer at Rohm and Haas, where Jessica executed capital projects and designed a new process for powder transfer, and Lead Process Engineer at Eli Lilly and Company, leading the commissioning of insulin medical device assembly lines. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and is currently pursuing MBA Essentials from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
