Jill Schauvliege

Jill Schauvliege is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in managing human resources across various organizations. Currently serving as HR Manager for Belgium and Sweden at LyondellBasell since March 2018, Jill oversees local HR operations while aligning them with corporate policies and local legislation. Prior roles include HR Manager positions at Concordia Textiles, Refresco, and Roxell NV, where Jill successfully transitioned departments, implemented HR processes, and participated actively in employee relations.
