John Jordan

John Jordan has extensive experience in automation and control systems, currently serving as the Automation Team Lead for the POTBA Plant Installation at LyondellBasell since February 1992. In this role, John led the automation efforts from design to startup for a world-class PO/TBA unit, managing direct site reports and contract engineers. Previously, as Principal Control Specialist, John oversaw multiple DCS upgrade and expansion projects, including a significant $56 million ETBE expansion and managed the development of Delta V operator training simulators. John's career began at Universal Computer Systems from January 1988 to January 1992, where John worked as a Computer Programmer, designing software applications for the retail automotive industry.
