Nora O'Connor

Nora O'Connor is a seasoned professional in government relations, currently serving as a Senior Advisor at LyondellBasell since January 2020, where responsibilities include managing the Political Action Committee (PAC) and advocating for key priorities with government stakeholders. Previously, as an Advisor at LyondellBasell, Nora significantly expanded the PAC and oversaw donor relations while ensuring compliance with federal regulations. Early experience includes a Global Security and Crisis Management Internship at LyondellBasell, where a COVID-19 'Return to Workplace' Playbook was created and implemented globally. Additional roles at prominent organizations such as the Robert Strauss Center for International Security and Law and the Clements Center for National Security provided diverse research and event management experiences. Nora holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and International Relations from The University of Texas at Austin, augmented by studies at King's College London and UCL.
