Tom Schneider

Tom Schneider is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process and production engineering, primarily in the chemical industry. Since October 1999, Tom has held various managerial roles at LyondellBasell, including Global Process Safety Manager and Technical Manager, where responsibilities encompassed multiple technologies, control systems, quality, laboratory operations, and process safety. Prior to this, from June 1994 to October 1999, Tom served as Project Manager at IMC Global, overseeing large capital projects such as the brownfield installation of a new nitric acid plant. Tom Schneider holds an MBA from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
