Clair Jack

Clair Jack has extensive experience in human resources and people management. Clair is currently the Head of People & Culture at Lyons Davidson Limited, a role they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Mitie, where they held several senior HR roles, including Senior People Partner, Senior HR Business Partner, and Regional HR Manager. During their time at Mitie, they provided solutions-driven HR advice, coached and advised senior management teams, managed employee relations issues, and delivered training on HR policies and procedures. Before joining Mitie, Clair served as an HR Manager at Target Consulting Group Ltd and worked in recruitment at the Great Western Ambulance Service. Clair also gained HR experience during a placement at AGW Strategic Health Authority.

Clair Jack completed their education starting from 1994 at South Wilts Grammar School. Clair then went on to pursue a degree in Human Resource Management at the University of Northampton from 2003 to 2007, where they achieved a 1st class degree. In 2011 to 2012, Clair pursued a Post Graduate Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring at the University of the West of England, earning a Distinction. In 2014, they obtained a Chartered CIPD from CIPD.
