Louisa Gavin-Cowan

Louisa Gavin-Cowan is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in restaurant management and communications. As Co-Founder of Lyon's Seafood & Wine Bar since 2019, Louisa has played a key role in the establishment's success. Prior to this, Louisa held various leadership positions at Azumi Restaurant Group from January 2010 to 2023, including Group Reservations & Communications Director (Global) and Group Reservations & Communications Manager. Louisa's career also includes roles at Roka Restaurants as Administration Manager and Assistant Manager, and as Restaurant Supervisor at Zuma Restaurants from January 2004 to 2006.
