Aaron Gubin

Aaron Gubin is the Co-Founder and COO of WattCarbon since January 2022, bringing extensive experience in financial technology and product management. Prior to this role, Aaron held various leadership positions at SigFig from August 2013 to January 2022, including VP of Product for Managed Accounts and Trading Operations, where responsibilities encompassed managing teams across product management, data science, and client support for a B2B2C roboadvisory platform. Aaron's earlier experience includes academic roles as an Assistant Professor of Finance at East Carolina University and a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Florida, along with positions in financial analysis and investment banking. Aaron holds a Ph.D. in Finance, an MBA in Finance, Strategy, and Security Analysis, and a BA in Economics from the University of Florida and New College of Florida.
