Jen-Yu Huang, Ph.D. has a wide range of work experience. In 2013, they worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at National Taiwan University, where they did research on electrochemical engineering and carbon materials such as graphene and carbon nanotubes. In 2015, they became a Co-Founder and CEO of Clipo, a venture-backed startup that provides knowledge management software for businesses. Jen-Yu was also a Co-Founder of Readmix, a company that promotes independent bookstores and culture in Taiwan. In 2016, they worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at National Taiwan University, where they worked on projects related to 3D printing, self-assembly, and nanobuilding blocks. Finally, in 2020, they became a Co-Founder of Lypid, a company that is revolutionizing alternative fat to bring alternative proteins to the next level.

Jen-Yu Huang, Ph.D. completed a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from National Taiwan University from 2011 to 2015. Jen-Yu then went on to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University from 2016 to 2020.
