Azmeena Duran

Azmeena Duran, PsyD, SPHR, currently serves as Coach Manager at Lyra Health since November 2020 and is the Founder and Coach of Duran Coaching since January 2009. Duran has extensive experience in strategic HR leadership and consulting roles across various organizations including ICF Next, HBR Consulting, and Willis Towers Watson from June 2007 to July 2020. Additionally, Duran was an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology from June 2012 to December 2022, teaching courses in the Masters of Industrial/Organizational Psychology Program. Duran holds a Doctorate in Business Psychology and a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School, as well as a Co-Active Coach certification from the Coaches Training Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Illinois Chicago.
