Sourabh Kumar

Sourabh Kumar is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in sales and business development across various sectors, including fintech, insurance, and financial services. Currently serving as the Business Head for India at Lyra Health since December 2024, Sourabh previously held the position of Founding Member and Head of Sales and Business Development at Neoble, a fintech start-up focused on simplifying loan processes. Prior to that, Sourabh served as VP of Sales Solutions and VP & Category Head for Life & Health Protection Products at HDFC Life, overseeing a 35+ member team and managing product strategies. With experience at Swiss Re, Max Bupa, ICICI Prudential, GE Money, ITC Limited, and Shree Spices, Sourabh has consistently demonstrated expertise in market strategy, product development, and sales management. Sourabh holds an MBA in Marketing from MSU and a B.Com in Marketing from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
