Shradha Somani

Shradha Somani currently serves as the North India Business Head for Oracle Fusion Applications, focusing on strategic enterprise growth across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Customer Experience since July 2025. Prior to this role, Shradha was the AVP of Strategic Accounts at LeadSquared, managing business growth across various sectors and overseeing the expansion of strategic business in India. Shradha's extensive experience includes leadership positions at Gartner, where significant accomplishments included directing Tech CIO Advisory and achieving recognition as a Gartner Golden Circle Achiever. Earlier roles include positions at Moody's Analytics Knowledge Services and Barclays, emphasizing business development, team management, and sales strategy execution. Shradha holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a B.Com. (Hons) from Delhi University.
