Nicole Long

Nicole Long serves as Vice President of CXT Service Delivery for Customer Success at Lyric since April 2006, overseeing CXT Services and Support operations, including service delivery, customer support, and services financial operations. Previously, Nicole held several leadership roles, including Area Vice President at Change Healthcare from January 2017 to August 2023 and Director of Client Services at McKesson from April 2006 to January 2017. Nicole began career endeavors at GE Healthcare and Picis, holding various management positions. Academically, Nicole earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Tusculum University and completed the McKesson Leadership Program at The Wharton School. Additionally, Nicole holds a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
