Paul H. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Paul started their career as a Digital Media Intern at the Advanced Technology Center, where they created promotional videos for recruiting purposes. Paul then worked as a Career Development Tutor at the Indiana County Jail, teaching inmates about job opportunities with a criminal background. Paul also served as a Graduate Assistant at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Following this, they worked as a Motion Graphic Designer at IUP-TV and as a Marketing Design Consultant at Excela Health. At Change Healthcare, they held the position of Sr. Instructional Designer, focusing on creating instructional content. Most recently, Paul worked at ClaimsXten Portfolio as a Team Lead. Currently, they are employed at Lyric - Clarity in motion as a Team Lead for Customer and Employee Education.

Paul H. completed an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree at Westmoreland County Community College from 2011 to 2013. Paul then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications Media at Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 2013 to 2015. Finally, they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Adult Education and Communications Technology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 2015 to 2016.
