Reny Biju

Reny Biju is an experienced professional in customer success and service delivery, currently serving as AVP of CXT Services Delivery at Lyric since October 2022. Previously, Reny held various leadership roles including Executive Director at Change Healthcare from March 2017 to October 2022, and Director of Client Services following the transition from McKesson Technology Solutions. Other significant positions include Senior Engagement Manager at McKesson Health Solutions, Senior Project Manager at TransCentra, Consultant at Optimum Solutions, and Senior Lead Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services. Reny holds a BTech degree in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal, earned between 1988 and 1992.
