Ronika Jandial-Gilbert

Ronika Jandial-Gilbert has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ronika began their career as a Recruiter at Abbott Laboratories, where they focused on recruiting scientists and entry-level employees. Ronika then worked at Unicco Service Company as a Regional HR Generalist, providing support for field operations regional offices.

Moving on, Jandial-Gilbert joined Sony Electronics as a Senior HR Generalist, handling various HR functions like recruiting, training and development, performance management, and employee relations. Ronika subsequently became an HR Manager, Senior HR Manager, and eventually an HR Director, Business Partner at Sony Electronics, where they led a team and provided strategic HR support during organizational change.

Following their time at Sony Electronics, Jandial-Gilbert joined ITW as the Division HR Director for Global Appliance, responsible for planning and executing HR services and programs to support the global division's growth strategy. Ronika then transitioned to LG Electronics as a Senior HR Leader, where they contributed to product leadership, market leadership, and people leadership.

Jandial-Gilbert later worked as an HR PMO Consultant at Cushman & Wakefield, focusing on HR integration projects for the company's recent acquisitions. After that, they served as Vice President of People & Culture at Wilton Brands, overseeing various HR functions and partnering with the CEO and business leaders during a period of transition.

Prior to their current role, Jandial-Gilbert worked as an Executive HR Advisor/Consultant at RJG HR Consulting, providing consulting services. Ronika is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Lyric - Clarity in motion., where they lead the HR department.

Ronika Jandial-Gilbert obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management/Finance from Purdue University Daniels School of Business in 1989. Ronika has also earned additional certifications including a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business in 2021, a Talent Review - Succession Workshop certificate from Doris Sims, The Succession Consultant, LLC in 2016, a Predictive Index certificate from The Predictive Index in 2013, and unspecified certifications from Korn Ferry.
