Blaine Shepherd

Blaine Shepherd is an experienced costume and makeup professional with a diverse background in theater and performing arts. Currently serving as the Costume Shop Supervisor at Bay Street Theater and a Wig and Makeup Artist for the Lyric Opera of Kansas City, Blaine has held multiple roles including Stitcher for Cedar Fair Entertainment Company and Wig Coordinator/Artist for the Kansas City Ballet. Additional experience includes positions such as Costume Designer for Quincy Community Theatre and Guest Costume Designer at Truman State University. Blaine's education includes a Master of Fine Arts in Costume Design and Technology from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Truman State University.
