Debasish Biswas

Debasish Biswas is a Customer Success Consultant at Lyric since August 2025, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles, including Technical Support Engineer at Khoros from April 2022 to September 2025, where responsibilities included end-to-end resolution of customer issues and regression testing. Prior to Khoros, Debasish served as a Senior Technical Support Representative at IBM from May 2019 to April 2022, managing complex technical issues and providing remote infrastructure support. Debasish holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from REVA University, Bangalore, awarded in 2018, and completed secondary education at M.G.M Higher Secondary School from 2002 to 2014.
