Vidya Patil is a highly experienced professional in product documentation and technical writing, currently serving as Senior Manager of Product Documentation at Lyric since February 2025. Previously, Vidya held various roles at Aera Technology from August 2020 to February 2025, including Documentation Manager and Lead Technical Writer. Vidya contributed significantly to GAIAN SOLUTIONS as a Senior Technical Writer, collaborating with cross-functional teams to document technical content for SnapLogic. Vidya's earlier experience includes leadership roles at Talentica Software, where guidance of the India documentation team resulted in improved user education and reduced support requests, and at Siemens, focusing on user manuals and global coordination. Vidya began a career in technical writing at Geometric Ltd. and has also worked at Xora Software System and Ascendum Solutions. Vidya holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
