Brittney Williams has worked in various roles since 2012. Brittney began their career as a Marketing Representative at Future Payment Technologies in 2012. In 2015, they joined Uber as an Expert, where they delivered 5-star, in-person support to driver-partners, walked them through the onboarding process and all of the tools they need to be successful on the Uber platform, helped existing driver-partners troubleshoot any issues they experience, helped brand the Uber name and get driver-partners excited to be on the road, stayed on top of new Uber policies, procedures, and programs that affect driver-partners, worked with the Driver Operations team to make support processes even better, and assisted with events and promotions as needed. In 2019, they joined Lyric as a Guest Services & Support.

Brittney Williams began their education in 2011 when they attended the University of Phoenix and earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Communications in 2013. Brittney then continued their education at the University of North Texas, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting in 2018.
