Sean Roberts

Sean Roberts possesses a robust background in finance and operations, currently serving as the Director of Finance & Operations at Lysander since March 2025. Prior to this role, Sean held multiple positions at RI from May 2013 to December 2024, including CFO, Director of Finance & Business Process, and Senior Financial Controller. Additionally, experience as Finance Director and Financial Controller was gained at Richmond Marketing from January 2004 to January 2012. Early career beginnings included the role of Auditor at FMB from August 1999 to December 2003. Sean holds a BA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Kent, obtained from 1996 to 1999, and completed A Levels and GCSEs at Dr Challoners Grammar School between 1990 and 1996.
