Arnhild Haughom

Arnhild Haughom serves as HR-leder at Lyse since January 2021, following a decade of experience in various HR roles within Lyse AS from June 2011 to December 2020, including Avd.Leder Organisasjon og Endring and Senior HR Consultant focusing on Lønn og arbeidsvilkår. Prior to that, Arnhild managed recruitment and development as Avd.leder rekruttering & utvikling at Lyse Energi AS from January 2000 to June 2011 and worked as an HR consultant. Educational credentials include studies at Bi Stavanger, Høgskolen i Sørøst-Norge, University of Stavanger, and BI Norwegian Business School from 2006 to 2019.
