Michelle Farrell

Michelle Farrell is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic operations and human resources across various industries. As Executive Vice President at E&A Companies since May 2021, Michelle leads growth initiatives and enhances operational efficiency for multiple portfolio companies, including LYSSÉ NEW YORK, Silipint, and Escape Campervans. Prior to this role, Michelle served as Head of HR Strategy & Talent Development at Republic Airways and founded Enlighten HR, a consulting firm dedicated to effective talent strategies. Michelle's career also includes significant leadership positions at LEDVANCE and OSRAM, where a strong focus on human resource management and organizational effectiveness was developed. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
