Krystal T.

Krystal T. began their work experience in 2002 as an Office Administrator at Fujitsu Caribbean. Krystal then worked as a Sales Assistant at DC Technology from 2003 to 2004. In 2004, they became an Account Executive/Computer Technician at Lignum Technologies but left after a few months. Krystal then worked as an Administrative Assistant at Convenient Group of Companies for a short period in 2005. Later that year, they joined Kerzner International as an Associate Systems Engineer - Telecommunications until 2008. Krystal also briefly worked as a Cellular Phone & PC Repair Technician at Hit Factory in 2008. From 2009 to 2009, they served as an IT Support Technician at Ross University. In 2010, they started working at Grand Lucayan Resort, first as a Reservation Specialist and an Extranet Administrator. Krystal became a Front Office Agent there from 2014 to 2015. In 2016, Krystal joined UsabilityHub as a Customer Support Representative, and over time, they advanced to the position of Senior Customer Support Specialist. Currently, they are the Customer Support Operations Lead at UsabilityHub.

Krystal T. has a diverse education history. Krystal obtained a Specialized Associate Degree in Visual Basic Programming from the New England Institute of Technology in the year 2000 and completed their studies in 2001. Before that, they earned a High School Diploma from Sunland Lutheran School, where they attended from 1988 to 2000.

In addition to their formal education, Krystal T. has obtained several certifications. In March 2022, they acquired certifications in "Delivering a world-class customer support experience," "Designing and implementing a conversational framework for support teams," and "Get ahead of known issues with proactive support." All these certifications were obtained from Intercom. Furthermore, in October 2015, they obtained the certification of a Certified Telecommunications Network Specialist (CTNS), which was provided by the Telecommunications Certification Organization (TCO).
