Simon Meulendyk

Simon Meulendyk has extensive experience in operations management and environmental services, currently serving as Operations Manager at Lystek since June 2014. In this role, Simon oversees the company's various operations, including Organic Material Recovery Centers, product management services, and health and safety compliance, while also focusing on business development and customer satisfaction. Prior to Lystek, Simon held several positions at the University of Waterloo and the Municipality of Grey Highlands, culminating in roles such as Plant Manager, Land Application Coordinator, and public utilities assistant. Simon holds a Bachelor's Degree in Geography and Environmental Management from the University of Waterloo, earned during the period from 2009 to 2013.
