Arwinder Bhandal

Arwinder Bhandal is a Senior Battery Technician at Lyten since November 2022, previously serving as an Engineering Process Technician at Tesla from January 2020 to November 2022. Bhandal has extensive experience in battery manufacturing, starting as a Production Associate and advancing to Production Lead, where skills in operating and troubleshooting tools were developed during the transition to automated processes. Responsibilities included collaborating with engineering teams on projects involving new materials, assisting the production team to enhance processes, and training operators and new engineering technicians. Bhandal is currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Engineering at San Jose City College, expected to be completed in January 2027.
