Mark Jones

Mark Jones is an accomplished health and safety professional with extensive experience in the UK bakery sector. Currently serving as the Head of Health, Safety and Environment at Grupo Bimbo since June 2014, Mark manages compliance with health and safety legislation and corporate policies while overseeing environmental performance at UK sites. Previously, Mark held the same position at Maple Leaf Foods Inc from October 2005 to June 2014. Mark began as a Health and Safety Officer at Warburtons from January 2002 to October 2005, where responsibilities included risk assessments and promoting a culture of safety. Additionally, Mark worked as a Behavioral Safety and Culture Change Trainer, delivering workshops to enhance workplace safety awareness.
