Radhika Thusoo

Radhika Thusoo has over two decades of experience in the recruiting and talent acquisition field. Radhika has held various roles such as Director of HRIS Implementations, Talent Acquisition, and Learning and Development. Radhika has worked in companies like Lyten, Balance Staffing Company, Acara Solutions, Advantage Technical Resourcing, MS9 Consulting, and Pebbles Solutions and Services, INC, demonstrating strong leadership, management, and recruitment skills throughout their career.

Radhika Thusoo completed their Bachelor of Arts in Clinical Psychology at Delhi University from 1991-1994. Radhika then pursued an MBA in International Business and HR at Maharishi Institute of Management from 1995-1997. Later, they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Computer Science from De Anza College from 1998-2000. In addition to their formal education, Radhika obtained certifications in OFCCP Certification from Aurora Training Advantage in 2023 and Prepare to Launch LinkedIn Learning at Your Organization - Assessment from LinkedIn in 2022.
