Shawn Farris

Shawn Farris is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in various sectors, including energy, construction, and military operations. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Lyten since March 2023, Farris previously held significant roles such as Technical Program Manager in Construction at QuantumScape and Supervising Sr. Program Manager at Panasonic Energy of North America, where collaboration with Tesla was highlighted in advanced battery manufacturing. Farris also has a diverse construction management background, having managed numerous commercial and residential projects at Alan Shintani Inc and held leadership positions at Spot Devices and Evolution Construction. Prior military experience includes service as an Air Intelligence Breifer with the Nevada Air National Guard and as a Cavalry Scout in the US Army. Educational qualifications include degrees from the Community College of the Air Force and Truckee Meadows Community College in Communications and Computer Information Systems.
