Director, Strategic Customer Success at Lytho

Jennifer Owen has a diverse work experience that spans several roles and companies. Jennifer started their career at Vita Nonwovens in 2002 as an Account Executive. Jennifer then joined Accu-Tool, LLC in 2006 as a Purchasing Manager, where they focused on optimizing purchasing processes and developing a new supplier base. In 2009, they were promoted to Business Development Director at Accu-Tool, LLC, where they were responsible for driving new growth and managing customer services. Jennifer remained in this role until 2018.

In 2018, Jennifer joined Lytho as a Strategic Account Manager. Jennifer then progressed to roles such as Manager, Enterprise Accounts in 2019 and Manager, CX Enterprise US and CX Netherlands in 2021. Currently, Jennifer is the Director of Strategic Customer Success at Lytho. Their responsibilities include leading strategic customer success initiatives.

Jennifer Owen earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Textile Management, with a concentration in International Business, from North Carolina State University. Jennifer attended the university from 1992 to 1997.
