Larry is a partner in Goodwin where he leads the firm’s Technology Mergers and Acquisitions Practice on the West Coast. Larry represents domestic and non-U.S. public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, dispositions and corporate finance transactions in the technology, Internet, digital media, financial technology, e-commerce and biotech industries, and also has represented clients in the consumer products (including CPG), beverages, apparel, telecommunications, oil and gas, industrial products and manufacturing, banking and financial services, and asset management sectors. Larry has been recognized as a leading attorney in his field by Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business, The Legal 500 and has also been included on the Global M+A Network’s list of “Top 50 North American M+A Lawyers.”

For over 20 years, Larry has been a trusted strategic and legal advisor to entrepreneurs, companies, investors and boards, and has practiced law at the most highly regarded firms in the country. Larry has advised on over 200 transactions with a total value of over $100 billion. Larry is on numerous advisory boards. Larry holds a BA from the University of Western Ontario and a JD from York University.
