Dev Kiran

Dev Kiran has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries and roles. They started their career in 2003 as an Asst. Manager at Paradigm Consulting, where they were responsible for team management, client relationship management, and talent acquisition. In 2005, they joined Microsoft as a Recruiter, where they demonstrated stakeholder management skills and implemented processes to recruit quality hires. In 2011, Dev Kiran moved to Manamai as a Senior Consultant-Recruitments, taking charge of setting up HR and staffing activities. They then joined PayPal in 2013 as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, handling front-ending client interactions and managing hiring managers, leadership teams, candidates, and vendors. In 2019, they worked as a Senior HR Recruiter at Walmart Labs India and were part of the Talent Acquisition Team at Gojek Tech. From 2020 to 2022, Dev Kiran served as a Talent Manager at Couchbase, overseeing APAC talent acquisition and R&D hiring. In 2023, they held the position of Head of Client Services at GAMIFi Consulting Services Pvt Ltd. Currently, Dev Kiran is the Lead Talent Acquisition for India at Lytx, Inc.

Dev Kiran completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Bangalore University from 1998 to 2000.
