Sai Amrith

Sai Amrith is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple prominent companies. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Lytx, Inc. since March 2024, Sai previously held positions as a Senior Recruiter at Cisco, where significant contributions were made to the Security Business Group and Common Hardware Group, including leading the Boomerang Project. Prior experience includes roles as a Talent Advisor at VMware, where strategic talent search mechanisms were implemented, and a member of the Talent Acquisition R&D team at Akamai Technologies, managing the full recruitment cycle. Earlier roles at Oracle and TEKsystems focused on social media hiring strategies and IT staffing.
