Jacinda Crawmer

Jacinda Crawmer, SHRM-SCP, has a strong career in the field of human resources. Jacinda currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at the Champaign Urbana Mass Transit District since 2020. Prior to this, Jacinda worked at the Urbana School District #116 for many years, where they held various roles such as Director of Professional Development, Director of Human Resources, Staff Development Coordinator, and Instructional Coach. Jacinda began their career in the education sector as a 6th Grade Teacher at Urbana School District #116 in 1997.

Jacinda Crawmer, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Jacinda also obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General as well as another M.A. in Curriculum and Instruction from the same institution. In July 2020, they obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
