Shannon Frank has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Shannon is currently the Vice President of Client Operations at Lytx, Inc., where they lead the Technical Support, Installation, and Quality teams. Prior to this, they worked at BD as the Senior Director of Customer Experience & Operational Excellence, where they spearheaded strategic programs focused on customer experience and operational efficiency. Shannon also held the role of Senior Manager/Associate Director of Operational Excellence at BD. Before BD, Shannon was the Director of Market Strategy & Operations at Veyo Logistics and held multiple positions at Mitchell International, including Director/Senior Director of Business Process Optimization and Senior Manager/Director of Operations & Strategy. Shannon also worked as a Senior Business Process Consultant at Mitchell International. Shannon holds an MBA from Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management and has previous experience as a Summer Associate at Deloitte Consulting and as a Research Associate/Associate Consultant at Covance.
Shannon Frank received their MBA in Strategy and General Management from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management from 2007 to 2009. Shannon also holds a BA in Economics with a Management Concentration from Ohio Wesleyan University, which they obtained from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, Shannon has completed various certifications, including the Higher Ambition Leadership Certificate from the Center for Higher Ambition Leadership and the Yale SOM Executive Education Women's Leadership Program from Yale School of Management, both obtained in 2021. Shannon has also completed the Leading in a Remote Environment certification from Harvard Extension School in 2020, and the Management Development Program certification from the Harvard Business School Club of San Diego in 2019. Furthermore, Shannon obtained the Women in Leadership Certificate Program from Cornell University in 2019.
