Johan Elowsson

Johan Elowsson is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate law. Currently serving as Chief Legal Officer at Lyvia Group since April 2023, Johan previously held the position of Head of M&A and General Counsel at Mirovia from April 2021 to April 2023. Prior to that, Johan worked at Wistrand Advokatbyrå as a Senior Associate and at White & Case as an Associate. Johan began the legal career with positions as a Junior Trainee and Summer Associate focusing on M&A and corporate law. Johan holds a Juris Kandidat (LL.M.) from Uppsala University and a Master of Science in Business and Economics with a focus on Corporate Governance and Marketing from the same institution, supplemented by studies at San Jose State University in 2004.
