Jenni Savolainen has extensive experience in customer care and product management, currently serving as Product Manager, Partner, and Head of Customer Care at Lyyti since May 2012. Responsibilities include customer support, software assistance, creation of support materials, translation, collaboration in user interface development, and team management. Prior to joining Lyyti, Jenni worked as a Customer Care specialist and Customer Service Trainee at Broadcast Text International Limited, alongside freelance translation work in the entertainment industry, translating TV series and movies from English and Spanish into Finnish. Jenni also has experience as a transcriptionist and translator at Tutkimustie Oy. Jenni holds a Master’s Degree in Language Translation with a focus on Spanish from the University of Turku.
