Lois Martin is the current Chief Financial Officer at Mortenson. Prior to their current position, Lois was the Chief Financial Officer at Donnelley Financial Solutions (DFIN) and Ceridian. At Ceridian, Lois was responsible for strategic & financial planning, treasury, MD&A, public debt market reporting & relations, accounting & controls, procurement, real estate, risk management, insurance, internal audit, and capital restructuring. Lois led the operational, legal and tax-free separation of the $1.5B global enterprise into two discreet businesses, facilitating the sale of the Payments business for $3.5B to Fleetcor (NYSE: FLT) and de-leveraging of the company. Lois also successfully re-financed $4B+ in weak public debt markets and partnered with the CEO in strategic redirection and repositioning of the Human Capital Management (HCM) business, including re-platforming of the product offerings (service bureau to SaaS/Cloud), delivering record sales.

Lois Martin graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Business/Management from Augustana University (SD). Lois then became certified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the State of Minnesota. However, their CPA license is now inactive.

Lois Martin reports to Dan Johnson, President & CEO. They are on a team with Scott Heberlein - SVP, Maja Rosenquist - Senior Vice President, and Jim Yowan - Chief Operating Officer.
