Natalie Greko joined M Bar C Construction in 2019 with over ten years of experience in administration and human resources at that time. Natalie received her BA degree in Psychology from Cal State San Marcos in 2015 and earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification in 2021. She now oversees the Human Resources and IT departments and is focused on employee growth, partnering with management and leadership, and ensuring M Bar C remains a competitive employer of choice.

Samantha Burnett graduated from California State University San Marcos in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. She joined the M Bar C Team shortly after as a Marketing Coordinator. Since then, she has transitioned into sales and is now Structural Sales Coordinator. Samantha supports the sales team by qualifying new opportunities and assisting clients throughout the sales process.

Mike Prescott is the QA & QC & R&D Manager at [M Bar C Construction](/org/m-bar-c-construction-inc), a position they have held since October 1990. Mike is responsible for all field crews and construction projects, as well as estimating man hours, ordering materials, and drafting plans. Prior to their current role, Mike Prescott was the Director of Quality Control and Safety at [M Bar C Construction](/org/m-bar-c-construction-inc) from January 1987 to December 1990. In this role, they were in charge of all the field crews and ran the construction part of a project.

Justin Bailey is the current General Superintendent at [M Bar C Construction](/org/m-bar-c-construction-inc). Justin has been with the company since March 2014, starting as an Iron Worker before being promoted to Foreman. In December 2017, they were again promoted to their current role. Justin has a long history with [M Bar C Construction](/org/m-bar-c-construction-inc) and is a valuable asset to the company.

Greg Jones is M Bar Construction’s Sales Representative for a full line of DSA-approved Shade Structures. He is well-known in the California School Construction market and has 22 years of experience designing, marketing, and selling PC-approved Lunch Shelters, Shade Structures, and Walkways. Forty-five years in the construction industry innovating and providing customers with value and quality make Greg a great fit for the M Bar C Team.

Barbara Day joined the Company in 2017. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from California State University San Marcos, is a Certified Public Accountant, and brings over 15 years of construction accounting experience to M Bar C. She oversees all accounting operations of the company and is primarily responsible for both daily and strategic functions with respect to finance and risk management.

Michael Patterson is the Vice President of Operations at [M Bar C Construction](/org/m-bar-c-construction-inc). Michael has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, and has been with [M Bar C Construction](/org/m-bar-c-construction-inc) for five years. Prior to their current position, they were the Construction Operations Manager / Chief Operations Officer at RQ Construction, LLC for 17 years. In this role, they were responsible for the company's project strategy, legal governance, and oversight. Michael also negotiated change orders with owners and subcontractors, and collaborated with the senior leadership team to create project and operating budgets. Michael is noted for receiving MAP's annual President's Award for Best Managed Company (2008 and 2009) and being featured in Lee Froschheiser's book, Vital Factors, as an example of a well-managed company. Michael has also received a "very good" PPQ rating and an outstanding CCASS rating for several notable projects.

Michael Patterson has a degree in General Education from Trinity Western University and is certified as a Licensed General Contractor from Heritage Enterprises in California.

They work with Josh Emley - Director of Project Management, Barbara Blanton - Controller, and Erik Krivokopich - Vice President of Business Development. Their manager is Jason Ianni, President and CEO.

Brent Drummond is the current Director of Pre-Construction at [M Bar C Construction](/org/m-bar-c-construction-inc). Brent has held this position since November 2016. Brent has over 9 years of experience in the construction industry. Prior to their current position, they served as the Assistant Project Manager at RQ Construction from October 2012 to November 2016. In this role, Brent was responsible for managing schedules, scope, budgets, task assignments, status reporting, resource management and vendor relationships for moderate to highly complex projects under demanding time constraints. Brent also oversaw initial set up and ongoing utilization of Basecamp and Workamajig platforms for managing up to 40+ concurrent projects in various phases. 

Before their career in construction, Brent was the Director of Client Services at [Magnetic Creative](/org/magnetic-creative) from February 2007 to April 2012. In this role, they were responsible for new business development and first-line communication flow with client accounts including [VIZIO](/org/vizio), John Mayer, Drew Brees, Gen-Probe, Paul Frank, HotSpring Spas/Caldera Spas, Belkin, Targus, Columbia Records, Interscope Geffen, and Music World Entertainment. Brent also led strategic development and needs definition initiatives related to client organizational goals and mission. Brent managed teams of 15+ project members consisting of account executives, graphic designers, web developers, photographers, copywriters, audio/video engineers, printers, and social media experts.

Brent Drummond has a B.S. in Marketing from [Azusa Pacific University](/org/azusa-pacific-university) and is certified from the [Project Management Institute](/org/project-management-institute) in Project Management Professional (PMP) and from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Construction Quality Management for Contractors.

Their manager is Jason Ianni, President and CEO. Brent Drummond works with Jordan Saddington - Director of Estimating, Ken Riley - Director of Renewable Energy, and Josh Emley - Director of Project Management.

Prior to that, they were the owner of jk saddington company from February 2009 to December 2012. Before that, they were the owner of double j construction from April 2005 to February 2009.
