Ingrid Klare

Ingrid Klare's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Ingrid is currently the Head of People and Culture, global at Valona Intelligence, where they are responsible for leading the People and Culture department and partnering with the Global Management Team to create an optimal environment for innovation and collaboration. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Analysis and Consultancy, Central Europe at M-Brain Oy, where they managed the research revenue and expanded the consultant network. Ingrid also held positions as the Intelligence Services Director and Intelligence Services & Business Support Senior Manager at M-Brain Oy. Before that, they worked as Sales and Project Management at Consulting Trust Xtend new media and as a Freelance Consultant at Skillnet. Ingrid started their career as a Project Manager at thyssenkrupp - infomedia GmbH and as a Consultant Assistant at skillnet GmbH.

Ingrid Klare attended Paderborn University from 1990 to 1996, where they pursued a degree in Diplom-Kauffrau H2/MBA Business Studies. In addition, they studied Economics at Nottingham Trent University from 1993 to 1994, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Ingrid obtained additional certifications in Organisationsentwicklung und Change Management I-III from IHK Akademie Schwarzwald-Baar-Heuberg in 2021, as well as Train the Trainer from Krawiec Consulting in 2020.
