Phillip Mitchell is a highly experienced engineering professional with a strong background in mechanical and design engineering. Currently serving as a Design Engineer at MBRAUN since May 2022, Phillip previously held the title of Plant Engineer at GE from April 2019 to November 2021, where significant projects included the design of a lifting structure and a bridge to enhance operational safety. Phillip's prior experience encompasses roles as a Mechanical Engineer at Independent Engineering, Varian Medical Systems, and American LaFrance, as well as a Test Engineer at WABCO. In these positions, Phillip developed solutions for product reliability, designed components for cancer treatment technologies, tested automotive parts, and created designs for firefighting equipment. Phillip earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University in 2008.
