Rita Penner is an experienced Project Manager at M Builds since July 2018, where previous roles included Junior Project Manager. Prior to this, Rita gained valuable experience as an Engineering Student at Winnipeg Airports Authority, focusing on surveying excavation and construction processes. Additionally, Rita worked at Dillon Consulting Limited in two co-op positions as Field Staff and Drafting Assistant, contributing to various bridge and road projects, including design drafting and inspections. Early work experience included a customer service role as a Floral Designer/Clerk at Safeway Canada. Rita holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Lakehead University and a Structural Engineering Technology Diploma from RRC Polytech.
