Harvey Davis

Harvey Davis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic development and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Development at M.C. Dean, Inc. since March 2019, Harvey previously held the position of President at H. Davis Consulting LLC from 2018 to December 2023. Prior roles include Vice President of the Enterprise Growth Strategies Group at AECOM from November 2014 to September 2018 and Senior Executive at the United States Department of Defense from August 1983 to November 2014. Harvey holds a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Organizational Leadership from the University of Sarasota, a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Maryland School of Law, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Maryland College Park, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial Administration from Iowa State University.
