Johnny Caldwell, PSS, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and security systems. Currently serving as Superintendent II at M.C. Dean, Inc. since October 2020, Johnny has previously excelled as Security Project Manager at Johnson Controls Federal Systems and has held senior project management roles at Total Automation Group Inc. and Versar. During a long tenure at Johnson Controls Security Systems, Johnny managed substantial project portfolios and teams, achieving revenue exceeding $10M USD. With a foundational background as Technical Operations Manager at Time Warner Security and General Manager at Cotton Security Systems, Johnny has developed key operational strategies and customer-focused services throughout a career that began in the US Navy. Educational qualifications include training from Central Piedmont Community College and a North Carolina Electrical Contractor license.
