Allison Kelly is currently serving as a New Product Development Engineer at M-D Building Products since May 2023, focusing on integrating technical skills with marketing strategies for new product initiatives within the Consumer Business Unit. Prior to this role, Allison held various positions at Amazon from January 2021 to May 2023, including Aluminum Extrusion Supervisor, Process Engineer, and Area Manager. Earlier experience includes a position as a Jr. Business Analyst at Valiant Artificial Lift Solutions in January 2020 and internships in Production Engineering and Field Engineering at Chesapeake Energy from 2017 to 2018. Allison holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Oklahoma City University (2019-2021) and a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines (2015-2019), along with a high school diploma from Bishop McGuinness Catholic High School (2011-2015).
