Ainsley Broll

Ainsley Broll serves as the Vice President of Legal at M-Files since November 2025, bringing extensive legal expertise from previous roles including Deputy General Counsel and Associate General Counsel at Elemica from January 2021 to November 2025, and Senior Corporate Counsel at Sungard Availability Services from March 2012 to January 2021. Ainsley has a strong focus on regulatory compliance, including the FCPA, UK Bribery Act, CCPA, and GDPR, as well as experience in internal investigations, corporate governance, and policy development. Ainsley holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government, Legal Studies, and French from the University of Delaware.
