Hanna Tahvonen

Hanna Tahvonen has extensive work experience in the field of enablement and training. Hanna'smost recent position was as a Senior Director at M-Files, where they led the Global Go-To-Market Enablement and Training team. In this role, they developed a structured onboarding program for Account Executives and implemented a global enablement framework. Before that, they were the Director of Enablement and Training at M-Files, where they transformed the function into a global team and established productized training services. Hanna also worked as a Training Advisor, assisting customer organizations with change management and delivering engaging training programs. Prior to their time at M-Files, Hanna worked as a Communication and Business Coach at Elokuutio Oy, specializing in vocal coaching and facilitation skills. Hanna also served as a Board Member at Viherlandia and as a Teacher of Speech Technique and Voice at Suomen Teatteriopisto. Additionally, Hanna has experience as a Customer Service Representative and as a Research and Training Assistant at the University of Tampere.

Hanna Tahvonen completed their education at the University of Tampere from 2003 to 2011. During this time, they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Speech Technique and Vocology.
