Mika is in charge of M-Files product strategy and pricing globally. His team responsibilities include various product marketing tasks such as pricing, technical enablement of employees (services, sales, channel, customer success), product positioning, thought leadership activities, defining target markets, and creating sales collateral to the different buyer personas within those target markets. The team works closely together with M-Files direct and channel sales as well as with the field marketing and the customer success organization to enable and boost cross-departmental communication within the company. Mika holds an executive MBA Diploma in International Business and Marketing.
